Quote Configuration

The Quote tab shows every retaining wall unit quantity for the selected wall, multiplied by its individual price from the selected pricing book.

Freight calculation

Freight is calculated automatically from the total mass of the retaining wall units divided by the allowable weight on a typical flat-bed truck (e.g. 48,000 lbs). Click the pencil next to the Freight total to add a per-truck price or change the weight capacity of the truck. You can also override the total number of loads.

Adding custom line items

You can add any line item you like — percentages, formula-based items such as per-square-foot values, and lump sums. Click the + button to the right of Add Line and fill in the details.

Line item visibility

Once added, a line item can be hidden from or shown to your customer. Click the vertical ellipsis to the right of the line-item total, then Move 'above the line' (hide) to hide it, or Move 'below the line' (show) to show it.

Terms and conditions

Click the pencil icon near Terms and Conditions, then Choose File to upload terms, conditions, or any other document you want your customer to see. Hit Upload once you've chosen the file. You can also export the wall by hitting Export to PDF.
